Job Description

• Support the design and development of firmware for embedded systems used in various electronic devices.

• Collaborating with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration between hardware and firmware.

• Performing code reviews and providing feedback to improve code quality.

• Testing and validating firmware to ensure it meets project specifications and performance criteria.

• Documenting firmware designs and development processes for future reference.

• Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving firmware-related issues.

• Customer interaction: Lead technical customer communication, provide full technical software support

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a SW AE role, ideally within the semiconductor industry

• Experience with GNSS communication systems and communication chip architectures

• Familiar with various bench test & measurement equipment (spectrum analyzer, AWG, oscilloscope and other measurement tools) 

• Embedded hardware/software experience: real-time low-level programming (C) & scripting languages (Python preferred)

• Familiarity with GNSS and/or IOT is a plus

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and collaboration tools for internal engagements like Confluence and Jira.

• Experience in technical sales support, solution engineering, and customer relationship management
