Role Overview 

As our Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Qualinx’s commercial footprint in the GNSS System-on-Chip (SoC) market. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, deep-tech environment and is ready to roll up their sleeves. 

You’ll be the first business developer at Qualinx, working closely with the CEO to identify strategic opportunities, build relationships, and drive revenue. Your deep understanding of the semiconductor industry—especially GNSS SoC technologies—will be essential in navigating complex customer needs and positioning our solutions effectively. 

This role offers full remote flexibility, with occasional alignment to European working hours. It’s ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and is excited to shape the future of a growing, innovative company. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute business development strategies focused on GNSS SoC solutions. 

  • Identify and engage with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders in the semiconductor ecosystem. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the industry. 

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align market needs with technical capabilities. 

  • Represent Qualinx at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. 

  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform strategic decisions and product development. 

  • Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on pipeline, progress, and strategic opportunities. 

 

Job requirements

Qualifications 

  • Must have: Proven experience in business development within the semiconductor industry, specifically with System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions in the GNSS domain

  • Strong understanding of the GNSS market, customer needs, and competitive landscape. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to execution. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset. 

  • Comfortable working remotely and adapting to European time zones when needed.  
    Or willing to work from our office in Delft, The Netherlands.  

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
