About the Role

Qualinx is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development and Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen our customer and partner network within the GNSS and semiconductor ecosystem.

This is a quota-carrying role with direct responsibility for achieving revenue targets through a combination of strategic account management, channel development, partnership building, and business development. The successful candidate will manage and grow existing customer relationships, support and expand distributor networks, identify new commercial opportunities, and convert opportunities into long-term business growth.

Experience in GNSS or positioning technologies is highly valued, but equally important is a proven ability to grow technology-driven businesses through strong commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Sales

• Own and deliver against assigned revenue, growth, and business development targets.

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.

• Build, manage, and convert a healthy pipeline of opportunities across direct and indirect sales channels.

• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract conversations with customers and partners.

• Drive opportunities from initial engagement through commercial closure and long-term account expansion.

• Support forecasting, revenue planning, and achievement of commercial objectives.

• Identify new market opportunities, customer applications, and revenue streams.

Account Management & Commercial Growth

• Manage and develop relationships with strategic customers to maximize long-term business value.

• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts.

• Develop account growth plans and identify opportunities for incremental revenue.

• Maintain regular engagement with customer stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on commercial actions.

• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership development.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution and customer support.

Channel & Partner Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, manufacturers' representatives, and ecosystem partners.

• Support channel partners in developing and closing new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with partners to expand market presence and customer reach.

• Provide commercial guidance and support to maximize channel effectiveness.

• Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities for growth within partner networks.

• Develop strategic partnerships that contribute to long-term business expansion.

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new customers and market opportunities within target segments.

• Build relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.

• Represent Qualinx at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.

• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support commercial strategy.

• Contribute to go-to-market initiatives and market expansion activities.

Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate opportunity, customer, and forecast information within CRM systems.

• Track customer engagements, commercial activities, forecasts, and next steps.

• Ensure opportunities progress effectively through the sales cycle.

• Provide regular pipeline updates and support management reporting.

• Drive disciplined sales execution through structured opportunity management.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Approximately 8-15 years of experience in commercial roles, including account management, business development, sales, channel management, or partner management.

• Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue growth and commercial targets.

• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and complex commercial opportunities.

• Experience working with distributors, manufacturers' representatives, and indirect sales channels.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Strong commercial acumen and business judgment.

• Experience managing multiple opportunities and customer relationships simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel regularly to customers, partners, and industry events.

Preferred

• Experience within the semiconductor, GNSS, positioning, wireless communications, IoT, or related technology sectors.

• Knowledge of GNSS technologies, applications, and market ecosystem.

• Experience developing and managing international customer and partner relationships.

• Familiarity with pricing, forecasting, and commercial planning processes.

• Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth technology environment.
