Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced FAE/ AE to join our team. This role involves designing innovative hardware and software solutions, optimizing product performance, and contributing to strategic initiatives for GNSS/IoT connectivity. You will play a pivotal role in understanding market dynamics, developing evaluation kits, and leading product documentation efforts. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements and deliver impactful product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be an effective problem-solver, and excel at multitasking.

  • Design custom hardware and software solutions for internal and external needs.

  • Optimize products for performance, power efficiency, and integration requirements.

  • Understand the GNSS/IoT competitive landscape.

  • Provide input into strategic roadmap initiatives for GNSS/IoT connectivity solutions.

  • Understand product technical capabilities and firmware/software roadmaps.

  • Assess feasibility and design criteria for customized solutions.

  • Develop evaluation boards, evaluation kits, and reference designs.

  • Lead product collateral documentation (datasheets, API programming guides, technical specifications, application notes) using tools like Confluence and Jira.

  • Provide technical expertise during pre-sales engagements.

  • Deliver product demonstrations at tradeshows and product presentations.

  • Craft compelling responses to RFQ/RFP/RFI proposals.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an AE/FAE role, ideally within the semiconductor industry

  •  Experience with GNSS communication systems and communication chip architectures  Familiar with various bench test & measurement equipment (spectrum analyzer, AWG, oscilloscope and other measurement tools) 

  • Experience in the field of PCB design and rework

  • Embedded hardware/software experience: real-time low-level programming (C) & scripting languages (Python preferred)

  •  Understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape related to GNSS chip manufacturing

  •   Experience in technical sales support, solution engineering, and customer relationship management

  •  Familiarity with project management methodologies and collaboration tools for internal engagements like Confluence and Jira.
