Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex semiconductor projects, ensuring seamless coordination across globally distributed teams. You will lead project status meetings, manage stakeholder communication, and drive decision-making processes to keep initiatives on track. Your role will involve maintaining project timelines, working with third-party service providers, and providing clear program updates to senior management. With a strong understanding of the IC design process and Agile methodologies, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects in a fast-paced engineering environment.

  • Organize and lead regular project status meetings, ensuring alignment across teams.

  • Generate and distribute regular reports, including management and customer updates.

  • Maintain and track project progress, highlighting deviations from the initial plan.

  • Drive clear decision-making processes, ensuring proper stakeholder management and documentation.

  • Present concise program status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

 

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work with geographically distributed teams across different countries.

  • Experience working with third-party service providers and external contract resources.

  • Significant experience in the semiconductor/engineering environment.

  • Deep understanding of the IC design process, including physical design.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to provide clear and concise program updates.

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • PMP or similar project management certification.

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies in semiconductor project management.
