Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex semiconductor projects, ensuring seamless coordination across globally distributed teams. You will lead project status meetings, manage stakeholder communication, and drive decision-making processes to keep initiatives on track. Your role will involve maintaining project timelines, working with third-party service providers, and providing clear program updates to senior management. With a strong understanding of the IC design process and Agile methodologies, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Organize and lead regular project status meetings, ensuring alignment across teams.
Generate and distribute regular reports, including management and customer updates.
Maintain and track project progress, highlighting deviations from the initial plan.
Drive clear decision-making processes, ensuring proper stakeholder management and documentation.
Present concise program status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Proven ability to work with geographically distributed teams across different countries.
Experience working with third-party service providers and external contract resources.
Significant experience in the semiconductor/engineering environment.
Deep understanding of the IC design process, including physical design.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to provide clear and concise program updates.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
PMP or similar project management certification.
Understanding of Agile methodologies in semiconductor project management.
