Job Description

As a  Project Manager for Software, you will be responsible for leading and managing embedded software projects within the semiconductor domain at Qualinx. You will ensure effective coordination between cross-functional teams while aligning project objectives with business goals. Your role will involve overseeing the embedded software development lifecycle, implementing Agile methodologies, and facilitating key Scrum ceremonies to drive team collaboration. With a deep understanding of ARM subsystem integration and embedded systems, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software solutions in a dynamic startup environment, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the highest standards.

  • Oversee the execution of software projects within embedded systems, ensuring alignment with Qualinx's business goals.

  • Manage the embedded software development lifecycle, including ARM subsystem integration.

  • Implement and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies, including Scrum.

  • Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and leadership, facilitating clear communication.

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to enhance team engagement and productivity.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate them.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the embedded software development lifecycle, including ARM subsystem integration.

  • Strong background in embedded software development, with experience in bare-metal programming, Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS), and embedded systems.

  • Proven experience in managing Agile projects and familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and leadership.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements and feedback.

  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and leading Agile teams to success.
