Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and versatile  Senior Business Operations  Manager to help us scale efficiently and sustainably. This is a dynamic, hands-on role at the heart of our operations—bridging supply chain, legal, finance, and commercial functions

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is eager to grow alongside the company.

·       Cross functional relationship management with vendors, customers, partners and internal teams.

·       Coordinate logistics activities, including shipments, delivery tracking, and customer communication, ensuring regulatory compliance across markets.

·       Conduct market research, assist with sales forecasting, and support finance tasks such as invoice tracking and accounts payable.

·       Manage ERP and CRM processes and maintain active knowledge in those functional best practices to ensure sustained agility in our operations.
